Job Requirements

3+ years of leadership experience
Certified Bakery Expert or equivalent
School of Retail Management (SORM) or equivalent
Food Safety certification
Forklift and power jack training
Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to stand and lift 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead and side to side
Hand and finger dexterity
Safely maneuver around moving mechanical parts
Ability to work in cooler and extreme temperature environments
Willingness to work extended hours and varying schedules

Job Qualifications

Certified Bakery Expert or equivalent
School of Retail Management (SORM) training
Food Safety certification
Forklift and power jack training
Strong leadership skills
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical, organizational, and planning abilities
Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities
Computer skills including MS Office and H-E-B systems

Job Duties

Use independent judgment making employment-related and business decisions
Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate partners
Prepare work schedules, order product, control inventory, monitor budget and payroll
Develop and execute production plans ensuring correct quantities and quality
Monitor showcase production and manage shrink and inventory levels
Drive sales by implementing merchandising programs and maintaining product variety
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
