Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years bakery experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks such as standing and kneeling
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) or equivalent certification
- Previous bakery management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of bakery products and preparation techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate bakery operations to meet company standards
- Manage and schedule bakery staff effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including CPFM guidelines
- Maintain product quality and presentation
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of bakery supplies
- Train and mentor bakery employees
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to bakery products
