Job Description

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience showing increasing responsibility, leadership, and subject matter expertise, preferably in a food manufacturing facility
- a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
- experience in commercial bakeries or food manufacturing is ideal
- experience in leading teams in a unionized manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- proven track record of cultivating a strong safety culture
- excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.
