Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, or culinary fields
- ability to understand and follow merchandising planograms and layouts
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- must be at least 18 years old

- ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Greet guests and proactively assist them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely service
- make recommendations and accommodate requests
- manage order guides, ordering deadlines, reducing shrink and damage
- properly receive and stock goods following rotation standards when replenishing product levels
- handle, slice and prepare a variety of specialty breads, pastry items and convenient meal solutions throughout the day
- direct teams to handle, properly receive, stock, and merchandise goods that follow The Fresh Market standards
- engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job and through internal training platforms to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner
