Within this thriving company, Best Buns Bakery & Burgers is seeking a Bakery Manager to join their team of talented retail associates. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the bakery’s front-of-house activities. The Bakery Manager will be directly responsible for creating and nurturing positive guest relationships, coaching and leading staff, and spearheading sales initiatives to achieve operational and hospitality excellence. This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, complemented by quarterly bonuses that reward the achievement of key performance results in hospitality and operational execution.

Ideal candidates for this role will have between 1 to 3 years of experience working in casual, high-volume cafes, or fast casual concepts and possess a strong understanding of bakery, café, or fast casual operations. Leadership capability is essential, as is a passion for hospitality — a degree in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in baking bread is an added advantage, enhancing the candidate’s ability to contribute to product quality and operational effectiveness.
