Within this thriving company, Best Buns Bakery & Burgers is seeking a Bakery Manager to join their team of talented retail associates. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the bakery’s front-of-house activities. The Bakery Manager will be directly responsible for creating and nurturing positive guest relationships, coaching and leading staff, and spearheading sales initiatives to achieve operational and hospitality excellence. This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, complemented by quarterly bonuses that reward the achievement of key performance results in hospitality and operational execution.
The Bakery Manager will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, managing daily shift operations with a strong focus on outstanding customer service. Leadership in this role includes motivating and developing team members, maintaining high standards for the bakery’s presentation and product quality, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Moreover, the position supports the company’s broader goals of delivering unique and memorable guest experiences through carefully crafted menu items and attentive customer care.
