The Bakery Line Helper role at Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is a full-time position with an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $23.00. The work schedule predominantly covers the hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm, aligning with the facility's operating hours, which run around the clock 24/7. As a Bakery Line Helper, you will be integral to the production process, performing a broad spectrum of bakery tasks that contribute to the creation of high-quality bakery items for customers. Your responsibilities will include applying base icing, wrapping bakery products, packaging orders, maintaining productive workflows, and ensuring production paperwork is completed accurately for compliance purposes. Additionally, you will help create a welcoming and safe environment in the workspace and take part in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the production area.
