Job Requirements
- Six months experience in a bakery production department or six months experience supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired

- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating
- Experience supervising associates
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to use digital tools and technology in a retail environment

- Ability to collaborate and train team members
Job Duties
- Supervises the team within the bakery department to deliver on the business plan and contribute to the overall success of the club
- Executes company programs and adheres to policies
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery floor operations, product specifications, and seasonality
- Shares knowledge and trains team members on new products, recipes, and production specifications
- Utilizes digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement
- Ensures bakery department safety, sanitation, quality, and compliance with standards
- Drives business results through operational excellence and workforce planning
- Maintains accurate inventory and merchandise presentation
- Teaches and develops associates to deliver high-quality products and encourages career growth
- Collaborates with managers and colleagues to implement processes and improve business outcomes
- Promotes compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity
- Leads team efforts and supports adaptation to change
