Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production department or supervising a team
  • Ability to complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bakery work
  • Basic math and inventory management skills
  • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
  • Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of bakery products, production, and safety standards
  • Ability to use digital tools and technology for operational decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and mentor team members
  • Familiarity with food safety certifications preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervise the bakery team to achieve business goals and contribute to club success
  • Communicate department goals and execute company programs and policies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonality
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Use digital tools to plan sales, improve member experience, and manage production
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bakery workspace
  • Train, mentor, and develop bakery associates and identify training needs
  • Manage inventory accuracy, audits, and merchandise display according to layout plans
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to meet overall club objectives
  • Promote company culture based on integrity, respect, and excellence
  • Lead and participate in team initiatives, providing feedback and supporting change management
  • Uphold food safety standards and consistent product quality
  • Advocate for members, associates, and company interests
  • Facilitate ethical compliance and assist in resolving issues
  • Encourage diversity, inclusion, and a collaborative workplace culture
