Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Ability to complete job-required training and assessments
- Commitment to uphold company policies and ethical standards
- Willingness to work collaboratively with other team leaders and associates
- Capability to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production processes including decorating
- Food handler certification preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Ability to use digital tools and hand held technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
