- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Ability to complete job-required training and assessments

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production processes including decorating
- Food handler certification preferred
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Ability to use digital tools and hand held technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Supervises the bakery team to meet business plans and club success goals
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and regulatory standards
- Ensures bakery quality, safety, sanitation, and compliance
- Utilizes digital tools and hand held technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Manages inventory, staffing, and merchandise display according to company policies
- Trains and mentors associates to develop skills and encourage career growth
- Promotes and enforces company policies, ethics, and values while fostering a culture of respect and inclusion
