Job Requirements
- Six months experience in bakery production department or supervising a team
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to uphold company values and policies
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to perform bakery duties including standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery production including decorating preferred
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to use technology for business operations
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Job Duties
- Supervise the bakery team to achieve business goals and provide excellent member service
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery operations, product specifications, and seasonal trends
