Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months experience in bakery production or team supervision
- Ability to complete required training and assessments within prescribed time
- Willingness to adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace rules
- Availability to work flexible schedules as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in bakery production or supervising a team
- Knowledge of bakery product preparation and decorating preferred
- Food handler certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to use digital tools and technology for business operations
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards
