Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years baking experience in commercial or professional kitchens
  • preferred health code certification as per state and local requirements
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs consistently and 55lbs occasionally
  • strict personal hygiene adherence
  • attention to detail
  • competency with knife skills
  • familiarity with basic computer operations and data entry
  • basic math and English literacy

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years baking experience in a professional kitchen
  • knowledge of commercial kitchen baking practices
  • health code certification preferred
  • ability to work on feet for long periods
  • capable of lifting up to 35lbs consistently and 55lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • Prepare designated bakery items based on established recipes
  • execute daily production lists and maintain Reserve and Starbucks Gold Standard
  • receive ingredients and supplies from main kitchen or pantry
  • operate mixers, dough sheeters, dividers, molders, and scales
  • cut and weigh dough into uniform portions, mold dough, proof and bake items
  • inspect product quality during and after baking and adjust processes
  • perform other duties as assigned by leader
