Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bakery or hospitality environments preferred
- ability to interact politely and effectively with customers
- proficiency in packaging and pricing baked goods
- capability to prepare espresso beverages
- strong organizational skills
- compliance with Seattle's Fair Chance Employment Ordinance
- willingness to undergo background and driving record checks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bakery or customer service roles preferred
- basic knowledge of bakery products and espresso preparation
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and operate sales registers
- attention to detail and cleanliness
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers and offer assistance
- answer questions and recommend products
- weigh and count baked goods selected by customers and assign prices
- package purchased baked goods in boxes and bags
- complete sales transactions
- clean the bakery sales counter, display case, and food prep areas
- prepare custom espresso drinks
