A key part of the role also includes preparing custom espresso drinks that meet customer preferences and store standards. Attentiveness, a passion for food, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are critical attributes for success in this position.\n\nApplicants interested in joining West Seattle Thriftway should be prepared to undergo a hiring process that includes background checks in compliance with Seattle's Fair Chance Employment Ordinance.
