Job Requirements

  • Ability to work with detergents and sanitizers up to 4 hour time periods
  • ability to work at fast-paced but efficient and controlled manner
  • ability to perform all physical aspects of the position including standing, bending, lifting, and walking
  • ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and push and pull up to 100 lbs
  • ability to work within a freezer for up to 15 minutes
  • ability to reach 5 feet and lift above head
  • must be flexible to work various hours and shifts including weekends and holidays
  • attend meetings and training sessions when called upon

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
  • must maintain a current food safety certification
  • ability to function as a team member and get along with others
  • bakery production experience including scratch mixing and frozen dough a plus
  • technical skills to perform basic math
  • prior food service or sanitation experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge, greet, and engage guests
  • exceed guests' expectation for service and build a reputation for ultimate service
  • utilize and follow production systems including break-out, panning guide, and bake-off chart
  • ensure wash, rinse and sanitize procedures are followed
  • ensure the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
  • receive truck deliveries and ensure first in first out rotation of ingredients and supplies
  • follow daily duties ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • ensure sanitation schedule adherence and completion
  • follow all food safety procedures
  • comply with all company policies and procedures
  • assist in training new team members
  • practice safe work habits
  • maintain store cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment
  • perform other related duties as requested by management
