Bakery Department Team Trainer

Whole Foods Market is seeking a dedicated Team Trainer to support high engagement, productivity, and retention of New Members by providing quality training on their home team. The Team Trainer collaborates with Team Leadership, Store Trainer, Team Member Services Generalists, and other Team Members to ensure successful completion of training programs and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves coordinating training schedules, facilitating team-specific operational training, and maintaining accurate training records using Whole Foods Market's learning systems.
