Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of bakery experience
At least one year in a supervisory or management position
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of food safety standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in a bakery environment
At least one year in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Well-organized with excellent time management abilities
Working knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Ability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties

Lead and train a team of bakery associates
Manage daily bakery operations ensuring quality and freshness
Plan production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste
Order and manage inventory efficiently
Create visually appealing bakery displays
Implement promotions to boost bakery sales
Maintain a clean and compliant work environment
Monitor department performance and control costs
Provide exceptional customer service and handle special orders
