Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Less than one year of experience in baking pastry or kitchen environment
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Physical ability to stand walk and perform kitchen duties for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and handle items up to 25 lbs
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Securely operate and upkeep baking equipment and tools according to regulations
  • Oversee the functioning of ovens and kitchen devices to guarantee precise cooking durations and temperature management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation policies by correctly storing food maintaining personal hygiene and keeping the kitchen area clean
  • Follow instructions for setting up and breaking down workstation in the kitchen
  • Keep up the quality and consistency of food across all batches cooked during the shift
