Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Less than one year of experience in baking pastry or kitchen environment
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines
- Physical ability to stand walk and perform kitchen duties for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and handle items up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting

Job Duties
- Bake a variety of goods including pastries bread desserts and more using standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Weigh blend portion and arrange the components for the daily baking operations
- Securely operate and upkeep baking equipment and tools according to regulations
- Oversee the functioning of ovens and kitchen devices to guarantee precise cooking durations and temperature management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation policies by correctly storing food maintaining personal hygiene and keeping the kitchen area clean
- Follow instructions for setting up and breaking down workstation in the kitchen
- Keep up the quality and consistency of food across all batches cooked during the shift
