The Bakery Cook position at Los Poblanos is a full-time, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Pastry Chef. This role is pivotal in leading the pastry production team, focusing on the development and inventory management of all baked goods and desserts. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and a self-motivated mindset, capable of working independently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. Key responsibilities include the daily preparation of bread, cookies, desserts, and other farm shop products by following recipes with precision. This role demands meticulous attention to detail even in a high-volume environment, ensuring all pastry products meet quality and presentation standards. The Bakery Cook also monitors inventory and par levels, maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing waste.
