Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Experience working in a bakery or customer service-oriented environment preferred
Ability to follow detailed product handling and safety procedures
Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and heavier with assistance
Ability to work overnight shifts Monday through Friday from 11 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.
Commitment to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Strong communication skills to interact with members and team members
Adherence to company policies and regulations

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
Knowledge of bakery products preferred
At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Answer questions and recommend bakery items
Answer member calls and take special orders
Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information
Use bakery production charts for production and display needs
Gather products for next business day preparation
Package freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts
Decorate special order or case product
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety policies
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Ensure all products meet company quality standards
Check for out-of-date products and follow salvage policies
Generate labels and price tickets
Perform price check functions
Clean and sanitize equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
Operate bakery equipment using proper safety methods
Maintain club policies and procedures
Perform other duties including working in other departments
Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
