Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
Capability to work in a temperature-controlled environment including freezers and ovens
Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and stoop as required
Reliable full attendance
Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
Knowledge of bakery products preferred
At least 18 years of age
Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Basic math skills for pricing and labeling

Job Duties

Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information and using ovens or other equipment
Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production charts
Package freshly baked goods such as cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, and cakes
Decorate special order or case products
Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures, and surfaces
Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and perform price checks
Answer member questions and recommend bakery items, take special orders and resolve member concerns
Maintain compliance with club policies and safety standards
Perform other duties as assigned including support in other departments
Ensure regular, predictable, full attendance as an essential job function
