Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow detailed bakery production instructions
- Experience working in bakery or food service environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and occasionally more with assistance
- At least 18 years of age

- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Proof and bake all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information using ovens and equipment
- Unpack bakery goods from the freezer and display proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations
- Maintain all cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department
- Package freshly baked goods such as cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorate special order or case products
- Rotate and store bakery products following food safety and freshness policies
- Receive, inspect, and store bakery shipments
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards and check for out-of-date products
- Generate labels and price tickets for bakery goods and perform price checks
- Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces
- Operate bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- Support club policies, procedures and compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments as needed
- Maintain regular, predictable attendance
