Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow product handling and food safety instructions
- Ability to safely operate bakery ovens and equipment
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in temperature extremes from freezers and ovens
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Regular and predictable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred
- Knowledge of bakery products preferred
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Answers questions and recommends bakery items
- Answers Member calls and takes special orders
- Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following product handling information
- Packages freshly baked goods including cookies, pastries, muffins, breads, pies, and cakes
- Decorates special order or case products
- Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety policies
- Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments
- Ensures all products are fresh and meet company quality standards
- Generates labels and price tickets and conducts price check functions
- Cleans and sanitizes bakery equipment and display fixtures
- Operates bakery equipment using proper safety methods
- Maintains all club policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
- Ensures regular and predictable full attendance
