Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move product weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow safety and food handling protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery, food service, or retail environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Basic math and organizational skills are beneficial
Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of baked goods to meet company quality standards
- Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and displays
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations with professionalism and courtesy
- Support team members with restocking and merchandising as needed
- Follow all safety and food handling guidelines and procedures
