Job Duties
- Preparing dough for baking
- glazing and decorating pastries
- assisting with baking tasks from start to finish
- planning daily bakery production with the Bakery Sales Manager
- gathering and organizing ingredients
- following recipes accurately and attentively
- applying icing to baked goods
- monitoring oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- ensuring all products meet established quality standards
- providing friendly and informative customer service
- maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
