The Baker’s Helper role at Albertsons Companies Inc. is essential to the daily success of bakery operations. This position primarily involves supporting baking activities from preparation to final presentation. As a Baker’s Helper, you will be responsible for preparing dough, glazing pastries, and assisting with various baking tasks under the guidance of the Bakery Sales Manager. Your role will involve planning daily production schedules, gathering ingredients accurately, and following recipes with precision to maintain high-quality standards. You will also monitor oven temperatures, apply icing to finished goods, and ensure each product meets Albertsons’ quality benchmarks.
In addition to hands-on baking duties, the Baker’s Helper is also tasked with delivering courteous customer service. This includes providing product information, answering customer questions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold health and safety standards.
