The Baker's Helper plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the bakery within Albertsons stores. Working closely with the Bakery Sales Manager, the Baker's Helper is responsible for preparing dough, glazing pastries, and assisting in baking tasks from start to finish. Duties include following recipes accurately, monitoring oven temperatures, applying icing and glazes to baked goods, and ensuring consistent quality that enhances the customer experience.

In addition to baking responsibilities, the Baker's Helper will provide courteous service to customers by offering product information and answering questions, thereby contributing to a welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
