The Bakery Associate role at BGC involves packaging, labeling, and pricing bakery products while maintaining optimal stock levels and product quality. This position demands attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and excellent customer service skills. The Bakery Associate works collaboratively with bakery personnel to prepare and display products, promote sales through suggestive selling initiatives, and keep the workspace both clean and safe.
