Job Requirements
- Less than high school or equivalent experience
- Six months or less of similar or related work experience
- Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or verbal instructions
- Ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- Visual clarity at distances between 20 inches and 20 feet
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
- Adherence to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Make an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Assist customers by escorting to products, securing out of reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, passing along customer suggestions
- Review the status and appearance of food for freshness
- Review daily orders
- Take customer orders at the bakery counter
- Work with co-workers as a team
- Practice proper sanitation and maintain a clean work area
- Ensure adequate food supply and follow production list
- Anticipate product needs daily
- Prepare, finish and replenish products
- Pull product from cooler/freezer for baking
- Check in and put away product, review invoices
- Run department registers and handle payments
- Remove trash timely
- Maintain personal hygiene and dress standards
- Adhere to company policies
- Report to work on time
- Wash dishes as necessary
- Order product and supplies
- Price products
- Deliver orders
- Assist in other store areas
- Perform other job related duties
