Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a bakery or similar food production role
  • Ability to stand for long periods without sitting
  • Capability to mold fold and elevate sizable sacks of flour sugar and other baking elements with a maximum weight of 50 pounds
  • Capability to manage hot ovens and baking equipment effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and friendly work environment

  • Adapt to changing inventory needs and daily par sheet requirements
  • Uphold strict health department regulations and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
