Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and other specialty items
  • operate ovens and baking equipment ensuring correct temperatures and proper baking
  • monitor ingredient inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • ensure proper storage of ingredients to maintain freshness
  • clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, and utensils to uphold hygiene standards
  • regularly inspect baked goods for quality control in appearance, texture, and taste
  • adhere to health department regulations and company food safety standards
