Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred

- Ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and other specialty items
- Operate ovens and baking equipment ensuring temperatures are correct and baked goods are cooked to perfection
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, order supplies, and ensure proper storage
- Clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, and utensils maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
- Regularly inspect baked goods for quality ensuring they meet bakery standards in appearance, texture, and taste
- Adhere to daily production goals and par sheet requirements
- Comply with health department regulations and company food safety standards
