Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and other specialty items
  • Operate ovens and baking equipment ensuring temperatures are correct and baked goods are cooked to perfection
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, order supplies, and ensure proper storage
  • Clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, and utensils maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
  • Regularly inspect baked goods for quality ensuring they meet bakery standards in appearance, texture, and taste
  • Adhere to daily production goals and par sheet requirements
  • Comply with health department regulations and company food safety standards
