Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or similar role
- Ability to stand for long periods without sitting
- Capability to lift and handle heavy ingredients up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate ovens and manage baking equipment
- Strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness practices

- Experience in baking and pastry preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to operate baking equipment and ovens
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread cakes cookies pastries pies and other specialty items
- Operate ovens and other baking equipment ensuring temperatures are correct and baked goods are cooked to perfection
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels order supplies and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Clean and sanitize baking equipment workstations and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Regularly inspect baked goods for quality ensuring they meet the bakery’s standards in appearance texture and taste
