Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to handle heavy baking ingredients up to 50 pounds
- skill in operating ovens and baking equipment
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- ability to work effectively in a busy and friendly environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bakery chef or similar role
- knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- ability to operate baking equipment safely

- good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and other specialty items
- operate ovens and other baking equipment, ensuring temperatures are correct and baked goods are cooked to perfection
- monitor ingredient inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- clean and sanitize baking equipment, workstations, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- regularly inspect baked goods for quality, ensuring they meet the bakery's standards in appearance, texture, and taste
