Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
willingness to work flexible hours including day shifts holidays weekends
ability to lift heavy loads up to 50 pounds or more
able to follow instructions and work well under supervision
good physical health

Job Qualifications

ability to work in a fast paced environment
ability to operate baking equipment
physical stamina for heavy lifting
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

prepping and baking of artisan breads
mixing dough and baking as needed
operating baking equipment mixers proofers ovens slicers etc
working in a fast paced environment
frequent heavy lifting able to lift 50 pounds sometimes more
assisting bakers with physical tasks including washing trays carrying heavy loads cleaning ovens
