Job Requirements
- Availability to be scheduled 20-32 hours per week year-round
- Ability to work between the hours of noon - 10pm
- Must be available weekends
- Must have holiday availability
- Ensure quality and safety of food
- Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in preparing and handling food
- Adherence to health codes and sanitation standards
- Interest in product knowledge

Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Familiarity or willingness to learn health codes and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare delicate and savory baked goods to ensure a variety of options for customers
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet production and service timelines
- Handle food professionally in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate transparently and respectfully with coworkers and customers to build positive relationships
- Rotate and fill bakery products, maintaining stock levels and freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- Provide energetic and helpful customer service to contribute to a positive customer experience
