Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- prior experience in fast food or retail is preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- verbal communication skills in English
- teamwork and excellent work ethic
- maintain ServSafe certification and comply with Health Department regulations
- availability to work minimum 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
- must be at least 18 years old to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- make a memorable connection with each guest to ensure the best experience
- work collaboratively with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and foster a positive work environment
- perform job-specific tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- cross-train in multiple store departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- adhere to all company policies and guidelines, showing punctuality for scheduled shifts
- maintain a fun and energetic attitude while performing duties
