Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work weekends and holidays
- ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- dependable and punctual
- able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- basic communication skills in English
- commitment to health and safety standards
- availability for a minimum of 20 hours weekly
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or higher
- preferred fast food or retail experience
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork skills
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department regulations
- available to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability
- must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- work collaboratively with store management and team members to maintain an uplifting work environment
- perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- cross train in bread, cake, point-of-sale, and bar departments
- adhere to company policies and be punctual for all scheduled shifts
- maintain a fun and positive attitude at work
