We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals for the Store Front Associate positions, including Barista and Cashier roles, at our bakery locations. These positions require weekend availability and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. As a Store Front Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering memorable guest experiences by going above and beyond customer expectations. The role involves working collaboratively with the store management team and fellow associates to foster a positive and uplifting work environment. You'll engage in various job functions, including baking bread, decorating cakes, preparing drinks, handling Point of Sale (POS) transactions, and cross-training across departments such as Bread, Cake, and Bar.
