Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fast food or retail preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- effective verbal communication in English
- commitment to teamwork and strong work ethic
- knowledge and enforcement of health department regulations
- ServSafe certification preferred
- availability of minimum 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- physical capability to perform moderate lifting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
Job Qualifications

- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts

Job Duties
- provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- make memorable connections and commit to excellent guest experience
- work as a team and follow direction from store management
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- cross train in bread, cake, POS, and bar departments
- be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
