Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Previous experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and maintain punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork principles
- ServSafe certified and knowledge of Health Department Regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with preference for weekend and holiday availability
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests
- Work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Work hard while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment
- Cross-train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
