We are currently looking to recruit motivated and skilled individuals for various Storefront Associate positions, including roles such as Barista and Cashier, with weekend availability required. These roles are vital in maintaining the high standards of customer service and product quality that 85C Bakery Cafe is known for. Storefront Associates play a key role in creating memorable experiences for every guest by providing exceptional service and attention to detail. Members of our team are expected to work collaboratively with store management, embrace cross-training across departments like Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar, and contribute positively to an uplifting workplace culture. The role involves a blend of customer interaction, product preparation, and teamwork. Associates will be responsible for tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks, all performed under strict adherence to company policies and health regulations. Job Requirements

  • Enforce health department regulations and be ServSafe certified
  • Available to work at least 20 hours a week
