Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in fast food or retail
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- Enforce health department regulations and be ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond their expectations
- Make a memorable connection with each guest
- Work collaboratively with management and team to deliver outstanding service
- Perform job specific duties like baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks
- Be punctual and adhere to company policies
- Cross train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, Bar
- Work hard while maintaining a fun work atmosphere
