Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Verbal communication skills in English
- Commitment to excellent work ethic and teamwork
- ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
- Available for minimum 20 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Job Qualifications

- Preferably fast food or retail experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and understanding of teamwork principles
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability preferred
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond their expectations
- Make memorable connections with each guest to ensure the best experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific tasks such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks
- Adhere to all company policies, be punctual and responsible for scheduled shifts
- Cross train in multiple departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and uphold health department regulations
