Job Requirements
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skill
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certified
- Available to work at least 20 hours a week
- Weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred

- Prior fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective verbal communication skills in English

- Ability to enforce health department regulations
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service beyond customers' expectations
- Make memorable connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with store management and team members to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work environment
- Perform job-specific duties such as baking bread and making drinks
- Adhere to all company policies and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Cross-train in various departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a fun and diligent work attitude while performing all tasks
