Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 17 years of age
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical stamina for repetitive motions
- adherence to health and safety standards
- willingness to learn and cross-train across departments
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or higher
- fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skills
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification and knowledge of Health Department Regulations
- availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability preferred
- must be at least 17 years of age
Job Duties
- provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- make memorable connections and enhance guest experiences
- work cooperatively with management and team members to deliver outstanding service
- perform job-specific duties such as baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- be punctual for all scheduled shifts and follow company policies
- cross-train in bread, cake, POS, and bar departments
