Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for long periods and perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds
- weekend and holiday availability
- ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- basic English communication skills
- compliance with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- fast food or retail experience preferred
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- acceptable verbal English communication skill
- excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- enforce health department regulations and be ServSafe certified
- available to work at least 20 hours a week
- weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with service beyond expectations
- make memorable connections to enhance guest experience
- collaborate with team and follow management direction
- perform job-specific tasks including baking bread, decorating cakes, making drinks
- adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- cross train in Bread, Cake, POS, Bar departments
- maintain a positive and fun work environment
