Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant fast food or retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated excellent work ethic and ability to work in a team
- ServSafe certification required
- Availability to work 20 or more hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and receive cross-training in various departments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast food or retail experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Acceptable verbal English communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts
- ServSafe certification and enforcement of health department regulations
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Job Duties
- Provide customers with exceptional service beyond expectations
- Make a memorable connection and commit to enhancing each guest's experience
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and maintain a positive work atmosphere
- Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Cross-train in all store departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar
- Maintain a fun and hard-working attitude while performing job functions
