Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- at least 18 years of age
- physical ability to perform moderate lifting up to 50 pounds
- capacity for prolonged standing and walking
- good hand-eye coordination
- ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- commitment to punctuality and adherence to company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher
- preferred fast food or retail experience
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- acceptable verbal English communication ability
- excellent work ethic and teamwork-oriented
- ServSafe certified
- availability to work at least 20 hours weekly including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations
- make memorable connections with guests and enhance their experience
- work cooperatively with the store management team and employees to deliver outstanding service
- perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks
- adhere to scheduled shifts and company policies
- cross-train in various departments including bread, cake, POS, and bar
- maintain a positive and fun work attitude
