We are actively seeking talented Associates for back of house positions, specifically Bakers and Separators, with weekend availability required. The Bakers and Separators will be responsible for preparing and decorating our signature baked goods, ensuring each item aligns with 85C's standards for taste and presentation. Duties include separating ingredients, filling pastries, baking, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting work environment. This role requires not only culinary skills but also teamwork and adherence to company policies. Successful Associates are punctual, responsible, and motivated to contribute to a vibrant workplace culture.

This role also involves moderate physical activity, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, as well as repetitive hand motions and working in temperature-varied environments including coolers and freezers. The job demands both physical stamina and a commitment to health and safety regulations, mandating ServSafe certification and compliance with Health Department standards.
