The role available is for bakers within the back of house team, with a specific requirement for weekend availability. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to take on challenges while growing rapidly with the company. Bakers at 85C Bakery Cafe are responsible for maintaining the high standards of the cafe by preparing and decorating baked goods that meet the company’s quality expectations. The role includes various day-to-day operations such as separating ingredients, filling, baking, and maintaining a clean and healthy work environment. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with store management to ensure outstanding service delivery.

The job demands moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods, as well as exposure to temperature variations in cooler and freezer environments. Job Duties
- Decorate quality 85C baked goods
- Maintain a clean and healthy work environment
- Perform daily operations including separating, filling and baking
- Work as part of a team and follow directions from store management
- Provide sufficient breads while maintaining quality to meet 85C standards
- Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies
- Enforce Health Department regulations and maintain ServSafe certification
