The role entails working closely with other departments as there is an expectation for cross-training in areas including Bread, Cake, Point of Sale (POS), and Bar. Associates must demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to follow directions to contribute positively to the store’s overall performance.

Physical stamina is also a crucial component of this role as it involves moderate physical activity, including lifting weights up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing or walking for extended periods.
